LeagueApps Account

All Attack members manage their registration, payments, uniforms, and forms through their LeagueApps account.

If you don't have an account yet, you'll create one during your first tryout or program registration.

Annual Memberships

Every Attack athlete needs an AAU membership, will be purchased after August 31st, and is required for tournament participation. Attack is also a JVA club, and full season memberships will be purchased by Attack. No individual memberships are required by the players.

Required Forms

All forms are sent and signed digitally through your LeagueApps account. The standard package includes:

• Player Participation Agreement
• Liability Waiver / Release of Liability
• Medical Information & Emergency Contact
• Code of Conduct (player + parent)
• Photo/Media Release

You'll be prompted to sign each at the time of team acceptance — no separate paperwork to print or mail.
