Exciting New Skill Development Program for All Ages

The Attack Skill Development Program — or "ASDP" as we like to call it — is open for players of all ages, Kindergarten through 8th grade.

The primary focus of this program is building skills in the game of volleyball. For those just beginning in the game, we focus on basic fundamentals — running, jumping, throwing, catching, lateral movements — and learning to follow instructions from our coaching staff. We want to introduce them to athletics while having a ton of fun. As beginners build confidence and skill, we add in "mini" games.

For our older or more experienced athletes, we work on skills and drills, critical fundamental reps, and move them into game activities to provide the full training experience.

Each session, athletes spend time on "skill work," then end with game play. Athletes are grouped by age and/or skill level.

If you are unable to commit to the entire 5 weeks, you can also sign up for a 1-time drop-in skill session with our Attack Volleyball Club Director to see what ASDP is all about. Whether you join us for the 5-week session, or one of our drop-in sessions, your athlete will get an exceptional in-person experience learning skills and meeting the Attack staff.
