Mizuno
overview
Mizuno is our highest team level at Attack.
Commitment for our Mizuno teams begins with training in November and ends with National Championships in June — with the exception of our 18U Mizuno team that ends in April. We provide flexibility and encourage multi-sport athletes, but we do expect our top-level athletes and teams to be fully committed to the club schedule, including practices and tournaments. Regular attendance is critical to achieve optimal growth.
Mizuno teams travel in and out of state, including Orlando, FL for AAU National Championships. Teams at this level will play in either the Open, Premier, or Club divisions depending on the event.
What's included:
Weekly positional training
Strength and agility training
Mental Mindset Coaching
6 - 7.5 hours per week of available practice time
HUDL Assist including recruiting assistance
Mizuno Schedule:
- Pre-Season Training: November 16th, November 23rd, & December 5th
- Media Day - End of November (TBD)
- Team Practices begin: November 30th

Recruiting
Recruiting Information: Our highly trained staff will assist athletes and families with the recruiting process. HUDL Assist is included, along with training on making highlight films and assistance in communicating with college coaches.
