 The Attack Skill Development Program or "ASDP" as we like to call it is open for players of all ages, Kindergarten - 10th grade! The primary focus of this program is for building skills in the game of volleyball.  For those just beginning in the game, learning the basic fundamentals of the sport, as well as learning to be active in athletics with running, jumping, throwing, catching, lateral movements, and learning how to follow instructions from our coaching staff. We want to introduce them to athletics while having a ton of fun! As our beginners build confidence and skill, we will add in 'mini" games.

For our older or more experienced athletes, we will work on skills and drills, critical fundamental reps, and move them into game activities to provide the full training experience. 

Each session our athletes will spend time on "skill work," then they will end each with game play. Athletes will be grouped by ages and/or skill level for each session.

On Thursday March 27th, 2025 Attack Volleyball Club is excited to partner with Certified Personal Training and High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Anthony Nguyen of 3D Athletes to offer strength and agility training.  This training is open to all athletes, check times for age/grade breakdown.

Summer Skill Builder - Open Gym for Athletes Dates TBD for Summer 2025...

Middle School players   6-7pm 

High School Players     7-8pm

This is a one-hour skill camp. We will have 3 courts available for the following skills: 

1.  Offense

2.  Defense

3.  Serving

 Players can choose how they would like to use their time, on one court, or all three. $10 per player.
