TEAM DETAILS

Mizuno is our highest team level at Attack.  Commitment for our Mizuno teams begin with training in November and ends with National Championships in June, with the exception of our 18U Mizuno team that ends in April.  We provide flexibility and encourage multi-sport athletes, but we do have the expectation our top-level athletes and teams will be fully committed to the club schedule, including practices and tournaments. Regular attendance is critical to achieve optimal growth.  

Mizuno teams will travel in and out of the state, including Orlando, Florida or Chicago, Illinois for National Championships.  Teams at this level will play in multiple divisions, Open, Premier, or Club depending on the event. 

• Weekly positional training
• NEUROFUEL training -available at an additional charge to athletes
• Strength and agility training
• 4-6 hours per week of available practice time
• HUDL Assist, including recruiting assistance
