LeagueApps Account

All Attack members manage their registration, payments, uniforms, and forms through their LeagueApps account.

Login to your LeagueApps account

If you don't have an account yet, you'll create one during your first tryout or program registration.

Annual Memberships

Every Attack athlete needs an AAU membership ($22/year) — required for tournament participation. Some teams may also need USAV or JVA memberships depending on the events on their schedule.

Required Forms

All forms are sent and signed digitally through your LeagueApps account. The standard package includes:

• Player Participation Agreement
• Liability Waiver / Release of Liability
• Medical Information & Emergency Contact
• Code of Conduct (player + parent)
• Photo/Media Release

You'll be prompted to sign each at the time of team acceptance — no separate paperwork to print or mail.
